Ms. Brown describes her vision as "The Greatest discovery of all time is that a person can change her future by merely changing her attitude." It is with this thought in mind that she has become an advocate for empowering young girls and providing them with hands on experiences that will encourage them to change their perspective on life, by merely understanding themselves and the gifts instilled in them.
Ms. Brown is a strong believer that if you sow a seed it will eventually grow, it may take a day or it may take ten years, but it will grow." Her mission is to sow as many positive seeds in young girls throughout the community so that eventually they will blossom into future leaders of their generation. Her passion and dedication to empowering young women stems from her own experiences and life challenges. She realizes that her triumphs and tragics have made her into the woman she is today. She understands the struggle of finding one-self in such an conforming world. She encourages young women all around the world to invest in their gift, because it is the key to their success and the representation of their uniqueness.
